Reservation are secured with full payment of room and tax for one night. Revisions and cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. As last minute changes affect us greatly we do not issue refunds inside of our 7 day cancellation period.
In addition to room and tax, there is a nightly $25 service fee which is in lieu of all cash gratuities for all of the staff.
Hotel Les Mars offers a completely non-smoking environment and we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee is smoking occurs in a room.
We accept pets within certain weight thresholds; pet-friendly accommodations are limited to certain room types and there is a non-refundable pet deposit. Call the hotel for details. |
